Cancellation Policy

Book now, pay later and enjoy fully flexible date changes

Simply book now, and pay 50% deposit 30 days prior to travel. 

• No deposit is required at time of booking.
• Moana Sands will charge 50% deposit 30 days prior to your arrival, without further notice.
• The balance to be settled during your stay.

Bookings with a total 4 nights stay or less; and with travels of less than 28 days of check-in date full payment will be required upon the confirmation of booking.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply & will be enforced:

• 31 days prior to arrival - NO FEE
• 21- 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation
• 0 - 20 days prior to arrival - 100% of total accommodation
• NO SHOW - 100% of total accommodation
• Also applies to any amendments made within the same time frame.

We will retain a 3.5% Administration fee in a case of a refund.

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for all other unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claim.
